Men's Retreat FAQs
Q: Do I have to be a Christian to attend:
A: No, you just need to have a desire to learn more about God and an open mind.
Q: Do I have to belong to a certain church?
A: No. Most of the retreat's participants don't attend the same church.
Q: Will food be provided?
A: Absolutely.
Q: Will we really be sleeping outside or in a cabin?
A: This is camping for real. In real tents. But don't worry if you're new. There will be plenty of people to help you along.
Q: Where can I park my car?
A: Since parking is limited, we ask that everyone park their cars at Mt. Carmel Church and then carpool to the site. If you don't feel comfortable leaving your vehicle at the church, please make arrangements to meet us there at 10a.m. on August 21st.
Q: How do I protect my belongings?
A: Even though we don't have to worry about bears, there are other creatures that we need to be concerned about. Please put your food in a locked cooler. We will store it in the trees.
Q: Where can I shower?
